Registration at the Web Portal
For participating in the event in any role, the first step is to register on the web site. Once
you register, you will be able to
- Submit an abstract and later on paper/ presentation for any of the sessions of the event
- Proposing a Side Event or other add-on to the Event
- Booking your space for the Exhibition
- Providing Sponsorship for the Event
- Registering payments made for any of the above activities
- Receive updates about the event from time to time
Note: The registration on the web site is FREE! If you would
like to join us at the event, delegate fees/ other fees will have to be paid in advance. The
payments will be possible after the registration on the web site.

How to Participate as a Delegate
Participation in the conference is subject to payment of registration fees for delegates
The registration fee payable by the delegates, including the authors of papers for the conference
is as follows:

- The charges for full-time students is 50% of the Delegate Fee
- A discount of 10% will be provided to the Life Members of the Society
- Early Bird discount in registration fee of 10% if payment is made on or before 20th January 2025
The Registration Fee covers admission to all official functions, technical sessions, cultural
program, one kit bag with stationary and event booklets, official lunch/dinner and tea in
between sessions.
The registration will cover admission to all dinners and cultural program. On the
completion of the registration process, the Delegates/ Exhibitors will be able to access the
details, receive the latest announcements regarding submissions & acceptance of synopsis/
Papers, details of persons registered, keynote speakers, session-wise details, booking of
exhibition space, transport & accommodation rate and guidance, and facilities of other features
of DSC2025.
